Early in 2020 I acquired another brand – Whisky & Stone. W&S is an eyewear brand specialising in blue-light filter computer glasses.
The brand was created in Gold Coast, Australia, and it experienced some really respectable growth. However, it had a dip in performance and I saw an opportunity to take the brand on and improve the longevity and sustainability of the business over the long-term. With some crafty marketing and refining some of the processes I got my investment back in just 12 weeks and the business became profitable. Going forward, the business will pivot to becoming a full-scale eyewear brand focusing on quality eye protection first, then style.
